Internazionali d'Italia, podium displays for Fontana and Teocchi
Third overall at Trofeo Delcar in Montichiari, the Prorider was paired by Marotte on GC top. Tempier placed sixth

Team #bianchi Countervail's Marco Aurelio Fontana finished third at the Trofeo Delcar, Internazionali d'Italia Series' round 3 in Montichiari (Italy) on Sunday, April 2nd. The Prorider, equipped by Methanol CV, achieved a podium spot thanks to a great comeback, 41 seconds behind the winner Lars Forster and 25 seconds from Maxime Marotte. Fontana's teammate Stephane Tempier finished sixth with a 47-second gap from the podium. Marotte paired Fontana in the GC lead with 78 points, taking the leader's jersey by virtue of today’s result.
Chiara Teocchi was also in the spotlights in Trofeo Delcar's Women Open race entered by a lot of big guns and topped by Linda Indergand. The 20-year-old Italian placed ninth overall and third among Women U23, overtaking Laura Valentina Abril Restrepo and moving closer to the GC leader Serena Calvetti while ovestepped by the new Women Under 23 leader Alessandra Keller.

Fontana showed again his talent and ability in getting excited and arousing enthusiasm. His puncture was a sad moment, but as he said, punctures are part of the races, it happens. He managed to recover and achieved a podium spot. Tempier? His shape is getting better" Team #bianchi Countervail's manager Massimo Ghirotto commented.
JUNIOR TEAM IN THE ACTION IN MONTICHIARI
Junior Team's four riders entered theTrofeo Delcar as well. Cadet Simone Minotti clinched the best result placing fourth among Cadets. Rookies Marco Gozzi, Fiammetta Allocca and Vadim Bodnarenko finished sixth, seventh and 32nd respectively
