THE TEAM FANTIC RACING MX COMES BACK IN ACTION FOR THE GP OF SWEDEN

The 2023 Motocross World Championship arrives at the famous #uddevalla circuit. The #fantic #racing MX Team is ready to take on the EMX250 and EMX125 Championship.

Uddevalla, 10 August 2023

After a week's break, the Swedish GP, the fifteenth round of the Motocross World Championship, is being held this weekend at the #uddevalla track. This is a historic circuit, present in the World Championship calendar since 1958, and characterized by a hard and compact surface and a very technical layout.

The #fantic #racing MX team will participate in the two European championships: in the EMX250 with Hakon Osterhagen, Cas Valk, and Alexis Fueri and in the EMX125 with Maximilian Werner and Elias Escandell.

On the Swedish track, Osterhagen returns for his third season appearance, riding the #fantic XXF 250 after the debut in the Belgian GP. The #fantic #racing team rider is looking for his best physical condition following his injury in December 2022. In the two previous races, Hakon has shown great lap speed and a good start, placing himself among the best in the class riding the Fantic XXF 250

Cas Valk and Alexis Fueri resume their European journey, with their Fantic XX 250s, two months after the last continental race.

Cas is fresh from winning the European 2T title, won with a great one-two in the Czech Republic last July. For the Dutchman, the goal is to shorten the distances in the standings aiming for the podium.

The track at #uddevalla is congenial to Alexis: he achieved an excellent third-place finish last year, and the Frenchman can perform another outstanding performance.

Max Werner is looking forward to the Swedish round after an excellent second place in the German championship, where he is fighting for the championship victory. Max is currently in third place in the EMX125 overall standings and will be hunting for more critical points in #uddevalla.

Spaniard Elias Escandell has already won the national title with his Fantic XX 125. He wants to shorten the distance in the European Championship since the podium is within reach.

Marco Maddii (team manager of #fantic #racing MX): "The GP of Sweden was supposed to be Hakon's debut, but considering his physical condition, we anticipated his return in Belgium. He won here last year, and it could be a good race for him. #uddevalla is a track that Cas, Alexis, Max, and Elias also like, and the conditions are there for a good weekend".
