Jeep ambassador and Olympic snowboarder #aimeefuller is starring in the new TV series, Mission Mudder.

Mission Mudder follows six Olympians, including Fuller, 25, as they train and prepare themselves for the ultimate 8 hour Toughest Mudder. The 8 hour Toughest Mudder is a 5-mile circuit race peppered with 20-25 of Tough Mudder’s biggest, baddest, most insane obstacles, including the #jeep Sponsored ‘Mud Mile’. The more miles that the athletes complete, the more money they raise for their chosen charities. Aimee’s goal was to raise money for Prostate Cancer in honour of her granddad. Joining Fuller is:

  • Ashley McKenzie, Olympic judoka, London 2012 and Rio 2016
  • Jade Jones, double Olympic taekwondo Gold medalist, London 2012 and Rio 2016
  • Anthony Fowler, Olympic boxer, London 2012 and Rio 2016
  • Jessica Varnish, Olympic Track Cyclist, London 2012
  • Perri Shakes-Drayton, Olympic track & field athlete, 400m London 2012

Off the back of launching 100 limited edition Tough Mudder #jeep Renegades, the #jeep Renegade presenting partner for the new show and will help all of the competitors travel to and from events, activities and airports in the vehicle. The #jeep Renegade will also feature in the TV bumpers.

The series will run over six episodes as we watch the Olympians travel around the world, learning about unique training methods while trying bespoke assault courses ahead of their 8 hour adventure. The six episode titles are:

  • It Takes a Team
  • 5 Miles in the Desert
  • Making of an Olympian
  • 10 Miles of Mud
  • Get Ready
  • 8 hours through the Night

Olympic snowboarder Aimee commented: “This is wildly different to my normal sport and training, but I’m raring to go and glad I’ve got a #jeep Renegade to get me around the different locations as we’re going to some pretty remote places. I’m swapping snow for mud which is something I’ve never done before and it will be challenging physically and mentally, but I can’t wait for what’s in store.”

The first show will air tonight (18 July) on Sky Sports Mix at 19:00 BST, as the Olympians start their journey in the UK being put through their paces with a bleep test on Brighton Beach, followed by facing their fears at the famous Infinity Bridge, hundreds of feet high above the Honister Pass in the Lake District.
