The stylish zig-zag design on the shoulders and sleeves of Slovakia’s 2018 national team collection aren’t by happenstance. Rather, the pattern honors the nation’s most iconic building — a reverse pyramid celebrated for its dominant features. On the home kit, the geometry is expressed in blue and white, while on the away it appears in light blue against a deep blue.
Though the team will not participate in the summer’s tournament — the Falcons narrowly missed the qualification play-offs — there is much optimism for the future as the next phase of play begins.
The 2018 Slovakia national team collection is available May 31.
