Australian apparel brand MAAP launches new race Mitt glove using Elastic Interface® palm technology.

Australian apparel brand #maap, begins #partnership with Elastic Interface® with new Race Mitt gloves using EIT Palm Technology.

MAAP, of Melbourne, Australia, has developed a reputation for sleek designs and technical clothing in a very short period of time. To further that reputation, #maap has partnered with #elasticinterface for their new Race Mitt gloves, which use Elastic Interface’s Palm Technology- the “chamois for your hands.”

Born in 2014, #maap has established a strong following globally in just a few years, while Elastic Interface® has been the global leader in chamois development for two decades. MAAP’s new Race Mitt gloves incorporate the Elastic Interface® Race PALM, with thermo-molded multi density padding for superior feel, comfort and grip.

The EIT Palm Technology by Elastic Interface® delivers the first ever three-dimensional palm to be developed for cycling gloves, and takes the protection and comfort of your hands on the handlebars to a whole new level. Elastic Interface® developed the EIT Palm Technology with the support from the University of Padua Department of Biomedical Sciences, and its construction is patented.

This innovation has enabled the EIT palm to become a revolutionary detail that transforms how we experience hand-to-bar comfort when riding a bike: it adapts perfectly to the shape of the hand, improves blood flow, and dramatically reduces soreness in the ulnar nerve- so no more tingling fingers.

Elastic Interface® continues to develop refinements and improvements in how cyclists contact their bicycles, increasing their ability to ride longer and more comfortably. The new Race Mitt gloves by #maap are available beginning December 2nd.
