As the Polish National Football Team looks to assert its growing on-pitch stature this summer, it unveils new home and away kits.

POLAND HOME KIT
The white home kit pays tribute to an enduring symbol of national pride, the eagle, with a grey linear wing graphic across the chest, which also also features the association’s crest. “Polska” (Poland) appears on the shirt’s back collar. The sides of the kit introduce a red stripe that runs the length of the shirt and changes to white on the kit’s red shorts. Expanding when the player is in motion, the stripes are designed to maximize ventilation and highlight velocity. Red socks with a linear white graphic on the calf highlight the most dynamic part of the footballer’s body, the lower legs, to accentuate speed.

POLAND AWAY KIT

The away kit features the same technology in an all-red shirt, shorts and socks.

“We are a team of young players and a few years ago we all shared a dream to play in the national colors, with an eagle on our chests. During this summer’s tournament, we all will get to live that dream,” explains Polish national team captain Robert Lewandowski.

While this new kit serves to inspire national pride, it has also been created to give players the very latest in Nike’s innovations, encompassing fabric construction, performance technology, moisture management and environmental sustainability.

2016 #poland kits are available beginning March 24 at #nike.com.
